School Fees Academic Year 2009-2010
Ethiopian Citizens of MoU-Status*
School fees are payable in Ethiopian Birr twice a year within one month of the beginning of the
respective semester, at the exchange rates of the German Embassy as valid at the beginning of
each semester.
Registration fee is payable annually in addition to the school fees together with the school fees of
the first semester.
Books and study materials are provided by the school and are payable on an as-needed basis.
Resolution of the school board, 828th meeting, June 9, 2009; subject to changes by resolution of
the school board.

the payment deadline of the first semester.
*According to the „Memorandum of Understanding“ (MoU) of 2007, children of Ethiopian citizenship whose parents fit the criteria of this
document as having a close relationsship to the German culture and language may be admitted to the German Embassy School Addis
Ababa at reduced rates.
